Changing the Conversation
From the 12- 22 April 2010, an innovative programme will take place, which will give young people in Northern Ireland the opportunity to make their voice heard. Changing the Conversation has been devised by Co-operation Ireland and the Community Foundation for Northern Ireland to mark their 30th anniversary.
During the period, people under the age of 30 years are encouraged to hold conversations, promote discussion and frame debates around the issues relevant to them today, their vision of the future and the challenges and hopes that will impact on their lives in the years to come. Both organisations realize the importance of giving young people a chance to be heard so this is an opportunity to make their views known.
A wide range of groups and individuals have already planned their converstions, but if you have an idea please contact Martin Flynn 028 90 408 702 or email mflynn@communityfoundationni.org
